Feeding kids doesn't have to be so hard.

Feeding children is about so much more than food. It's about family connection, a positive environment, and building foundations. As parents, there is a lot of pressure to feed our children "right", and sometimes that pressure can leave us feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and anxious. Fortunately, there are evidence-based, simple solutions to your family's nutrition challenges, and we are here to guide you through them.

 

At Healthy Hive, our registered dietitian nutritionists are not just looking at food through a nutrition lens because HOW you feed your child is just as important as WHAT you feed your child. We address the feeding environment and a family's relationship with food to give you a well-rounded and sustainable approach to feeding. We help you create a nurturing, positive feeding environment that allows your child to overcome short-term challenges AND flourish long-term.

We believe there is a better way to approach child nutrition. A real world, no time to menu plan, but I want to feed my kids well approach. Our mission is to get to the root of your family's nutrition challenges and provide simple steps you can take right now that will benefit your child for a lifetime.

 

Sure, we focus on nutritious foods, but we also focus on building a positive feeding environment and a sustainable lifestyle that works for your unique family.

 

You won't be asked to keep rigid schedules or create elaborate meal plans. There are no forbidden foods. There is no judgement. We are two busy mamas who love pizza and wine, let our girls enjoy cake, and are simply doing the best we can to raise happy, healthy eaters just like you.
